Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or in relation to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by an agreed-upon arbitration body, in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. The arbitration proceedings shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia, unless both parties agree to a different location. The decision by the arbitrator will be final and binding on both parties.
